Sundays from 8:00 to 9:00am eastern-time (in-person and online)

This weekly class will focus on preparing for and practicing introductory pranayama practices. Class will begin with simple and typically supported asanas and inversions to prepare the body and mind for the pranayama practice. This will be followed by introductory pranayama practices.

Prerequisites: This is not a beginners class. Although this is a mild introduction to pranayama, we ask that all participants are currently studying with a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. Contact us with questions.
