Fridays from 10:00 to 11:15am

This class is suitable for all ages and ability levels and is specifically tailored to those over 50. There is an emphasis on instructions which help increase circulation, strengthen bones, optimize organ function, and breathing, and improve balance. 50 plus is appropriate for all levels including beginners, and includes all categories of poses: standing poses, forward bends, back bends, and twists. Modifications are given for those needing extra support.
